Shiba Hiroshi, a car racer who survived a major accident, is killed by his father who knows Himika's ambitions. However, his father became a machine father and revealed the existence of the Steel Jeeg.

He wants to win the prize for his girl named Chie who can't walk. When the race entered its peak, Haniwa phantom appeared on the course...
